 Application

Sodium stearate is a white powder, slightly soluble in cold water, and quickly soluble in hot water. The very thick hot soap solution does not crystallize after cooling. It has excellent emulsification, penetration and detergency. Sodium stearate has a slippery feel and a fatty smell. Easily soluble in hot water or alcoholic water, the solution is alkaline due to hydrolysis. Sodium stearate is used in toothpaste manufacturing, and also as a waterproofing agent and plastic stabilizer.
The main uses of sodium stearate: thickener; emulsifier; dispersant; adhesive; corrosion inhibitor 1. Detergent: Sodium stearate is used to control foam during rinsing.
2. Emulsifier or dispersant: Sodium stearate is used for polymer emulsification and antioxidant.
3. Sodium stearate corrosion inhibitor: it has protective properties in the cluster packaging film.
4. Cosmetics: Sodium stearate shaving gel, transparent viscose, etc.
5. Adhesive: Sodium stearate is used as natural glue and then pasted with paper.
