Application
The product is a natural rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butyl rubber and plasticizing accelerator, as well as a regenerant of waste rubber containing high synthetic rubber composition. Suitable for high temperature plasticizing and low temperature plasticizing, sulfur can terminate its plasticizing action. The product has low toxicity, no pollution, vulcanized rubber has no odor, and has no effect on the physical properties and aging properties of the rubber. The product reacts with zinc sulfate solution to produce zinc pentachlorothiophenol, which can be used as a plasticizing accelerator of natural rubber. It has significant chemical promotion effect at high and low temperatures, and is suitable for Chemicalbook open mill and mixing machine. Zinc pentachlorothiophenol has no effect on the physical properties, aging properties and taste of vulcanizate, and can be used for light-colored products.
