Vitamin C is an organic compound, which is chemically named L - (+) - Suarabic type 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxy-2-hexeno-4-lactone, also known as L-ascorbic acid, with molecular formula of C6H8O6 and molecular weight of 176.12.

Vitamin C is a monoclinic crystal, usually in the form of a sheet, sometimes in the form of a needle, which participates in the complex metabolic process of the body, can promote growth and enhance resistance to disease, and can be used as a nutritional supplement, antioxidant, and wheat flour improver. 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid ether (Vitamin C Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) is a substance that dissolves in both oil and water, which allows the formulator to add it into the oil phase or the water phase, or at high or low temperature, so it is convenient to use.
