Application

1. Tert-butyldimethylchloro (TBDMSCl) is a commonly used silanizing agent, which is one of the most widely used important protective groups in organic synthesis. It is used in the synthesis of ribonucleoside as a protective group of hydroxyl, as well as an oxidant and decyanogen. It can react with hydroxyl group to form the corresponding silyl ether under mild conditions, and react with ketone, ester or amide to form the corresponding enolsilyl ether .

2. Silanizing agent. As a hydroxyl protective agent in organic synthesis, derivatization reagent is used for analysis and preparation. Protects tertiary alcohols. Reacts with alcohols to form silyl ether. The conformation of cholesterol derivatives was determined.
