The invention relates to a method for catalytic synthesis of 2-aryl-2, 3-dihydro-4 (1H) -quinolinone derivatives with high acidity ionic liquid. The method takes o-aminophenone and aromatic aldehyde as reaction raw materials, and syntheses 2-aryl-2, 3-dihydro-4 (1H) -quinolinone derivatives under the catalysis of high acidity ionic liquid catalyst. By selecting a specific ionic liquid with high acidity as catalyst and optimizing the reaction parameters, the shortcomings of large amount of catalyst, relatively poor recycling performance, complex product purification process and product yield need to be further improved in the existing synthesis process can be effectively overcome.
Preparation: A preparation method of o-amino-acetophenone, including: in anhydrous or nearly anhydrous solvent, methyl lithium and isophenic anhydride reaction at a reaction temperature below -50ºC, the reaction is completed, and the target product is obtained after treatment. Add 300mL(1mol/L ) methyllithium into the dry reaction bottle, after nitrogen replacement, under the protection of nitrogen, cool to -75ºC, slowly drop (25mL) mixture with isatinic anhydride (16.3g, 0.1mol), after the drip is completed, heat preservation reaction at -75ºC. After the reaction was completed, 80ml water was poured into the mixture, stirred for 30min, stratified, the upper layer was dried and concentrated to 13.6g, and the target product was 11.7g with a content of 99.1% and a molar yield of 87.5%.
