Ammonium sulfamate is an inorganic compound with the formula NH4NH2SO3, which can be obtained by the interaction of urea with sulfuric acid. At 25ºC, the solubility in water is 216g, soluble in formamide and glycerol, and decomposed in heat. The acute transoral LD50 of rats was 3900mg/kg. It can be used as a non-selective herbicide and has special application value for controlling most woody plants.
