Introduction:
Chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant is an inefficient disinfectant, which can quickly kill pyogenic bacteria, intestinal pathogens, common pathogens of hospital infection, airborne pathogens and pathogenic yeast, and is suitable for long-term bactericidal protection of hands and other parts of the skin. Chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant is an inefficient, broad-spectrum bactericide with quick-acting bactericidal effect, which can kill pyogenic coccus, intestinal pathogens, common pathogens of hospital infection, airborne pathogens and pathogenic yeasts, and is suitable for long-term bactericidal protection of skin at injection site and surgical site. The drug has no obvious toxicity and side effects, and the drug is mild, easy to clean, no odor, no pollution of clothing, no irritation to the skin. The main components of the drug are chlorhexidine gluconate and ethanol, which can be quickly volatilized, and the disinfection effect can be achieved after 1min of action, and the skin is easy to dry, so the next treatment operation can be carried out.
Function:
Chlorhexidine gluconate has quick-acting bactericidal effect, non-corrosive to metals and fabrics, slightly affected by organic matter, good stability and so on. According to toxicological tests on animals, chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant has no stinging effect on skin mucosa. Acute oral toxicity in rats was actually non-toxic. There was no micronucleogenic effect on polychromatic erythrocytes in mouse bone marrow. No toxic effect was observed in each dose group in subacute toxicity test.
Preparation: A compound gargle of chlorhexidine gluconate, made from the following raw materials: Polyssorbate 80 is 5.5g, metronidazole original powder 1.2g, ethanol 220g, banana essence 2.0g, peppermint water 40g, saccharin sodium 0.7g, citretin 0.025g, glycerin 315g, polyethylene glycol 400 275g, chlorhexidine gluconate (mass fraction 5%) 125g, purified water appropriate amount. The preparation method of chlorhexidine gluconate compound gargle comprises the following steps:
a. Take polysorbate 80 and metronidazole powder and add them into container A for stirring, stir for 20 minutes at the stirring speed of 60 RPM, then continue to stir and add ethanol into the mixture five times, 40g each time for the first four times and 60g for the fifth time, then add banana essence and peppermint water and stir for 20 minutes at the stirring speed of 60 RPM to obtain liquid A;
b. Dissolve saccharin sodium in 50ml purified water in container B to obtain feeding liquid B;
c. Dissolve lemon yellow pigment in 50ml purified water in container C to obtain feeding liquid C;
d. Add 3700ml purified water into container D, and add glycerin, polyethylene glycol 400, and chlorhexidine gluconate with a mass fraction of 5% under the stirring speed of 60 RPM, and continue to stir for 5 minutes to stir evenly to obtain the feed liquid D;
e. Mix liquid A, liquid B, liquid C and liquid D evenly, prepare to 5000ml with purified water and stir evenly to obtain chlorhexidine gluconate compound gargl
