Function and Applications

4.It is used as an esterifying agent for organic synthesis, as well as photographic medicine, medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat preservative, pigment, tanning and many other aspects. It can be used to produce various chemical products, such as acetate and chloroacetic acid. As a buffer for seasoning, this product can alleviate bad smell and prevent discoloration, and has certain anti-mildew effect. It can also be used as sour agent for sauce, pickled Chinese cabbage, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc. It is mixed with methyl cellulose and phosphate to improve the preservation of sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc
