Isoamyl isovalerate is a food flavor permitted by China's regulations, with a wide range of use, often used in the preparation of banana, apple, peach and other fruit flavors, the dosage according to normal production needs, generally in chewing gum 390mg/kg; Baked goods 41mg/kg; 33mg/kg in candy; 14mg/kg in cold drinks.
