The Application of Butyl Butyral Lactate:

Fragrance Use: For various compositions requiring a dairy product/creamy note.

Flavor Use: Used to add sweet, dairy, and creamy notes to a variety of dairy-like flavors, such as butterscotch, caramel, cheese, and Dairy.
