Application

Lithium Stearate can be used as PVC heat stabilizers in transparent products, when use in conjunction with phthalate plasticizers, the film

transparency of products is good and does not appear white mist. Lithium Sterate is easier to melt in ketones compare with other stearates, thus

little influence on the embossing operation. It is non-toxic substitute for barium soap and lead soap. The product can also be used in conjunction

with the phospholipid acid plasticizers. This product can also be used as an external lubricant for nylon, phenolic resin, rigid polyvinyl chloride

(maximum amount of 0.6 % ) In addition, the goods can be used as construction waterproof, impermeable and so on.

Function
 

1.Widely used as a heat stabilizer in PVC rigid products, with salt-based lead salts and lead soap, it can improve the gelation speed.

2.As a halogen absorber in polypropylene and polyethylene, it can eliminate the negative effects of residual catalysts in the resin on the colour

and stability of the resin.

3.Also used as a lubricant for polyolefin fibres and mouldings.

4.Used as a mould release agent, plasticizer, thickening agent for grease, waterproofing agent for textiles, smoothing agent for paint industry.

5.It can also be used as food additive, feed additive, cosmetics, etc.
