1. Citronella acetate is a food flavor approved in GB 2760-1996. It is mainly used to prepare roses, lavender, apple, banana, apricot and citrus flavors. Also used in mayonnaise, salad dressings, and sauces.

2. Citronella acetate is used to make daily fragrances such as roses and lavender.

3. Citronella acetate has a sweet and harmonious aroma in the rose and carnation types.
