1.GMA has a wide range of applications in organic synthesis, polymer synthesis, polymer modification, composite materials, UV-curable materials, coatings, adhesives, leather, chemical fiber paper making and dyeing.
2.GMA for Powder coatings: One of the main uses of GMA is to make powder coating matting resins for outdoor use. Due to its epoxy group, it has excellent powder coating leveling performance, weather resistance, salt spray resistance, high temperature resistance, yellowing resistance.
3.The application of GMA in plastic modification: GMA can be grafted to the polymer due to the existence of a highly active acrylate-oleate double bond, and GMA grafted POE is mainly used as a polyester compatibilizer on the market. These functional polymers can be used as tougheners to toughen engineering plastics or as compatibilizers to improve the compatibility of blend systems.
4.GMA in UV adhesive application: double bond for UV free radical monomer, free radical cation curing, because of the epoxy group, so the curing speed is slow, but the bonding effect is better.
GMA in PCB ink application: GMA can be used to produce PCB ink, acrylic system of green oil. Green oil is circuit board ink.
