Application

 

Engineering plastic nylon 6-12 can be prepared by condensation of the product with hexamethylenediamine; The diester produced with octanol, butanol and other alcohols can be used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride, cellulose nitrate and cellulose acetate. The diester synthesized with octanol can also be used as a high grade lubricating oil for jet engines and gas turbines, or as a base oil for low temperature greases. It can also be used as a modifier of saturated polyester, a precipitator of metal, and a raw material for fragrances and special polyurethanes.

DDDA is a nitrite-free dibasic acid, which provides excellent ferrous corrosion inhibition properties. It is used in a variety of lubricity & corrosion inhibitor applications , including lubricant oil, lubricant grease, coating powder, metalworking fluids, engine coolants, metal cleaners, aqueous hydraulic fluids, and die cast release agents, it also can be used for polymer new materials. 1.0-5.0%
