Clarifying agent, astringent enhancer,  deodorant, aroma enhancer; Tannic acid can be used for tanning leather, ink manufacturing, paper and silk gluing, boiler descaling, etc., can also be used as mordant, beer and wine clarifying agent, rubber coagulant and so on.
